Projects are typically structured with milestone-based payments. Payment is due upon completion and approval of each defined milestone. Specific payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Payments not received within the specified timeframe may result in project suspension until payment is received. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, project fees do not include third-party services, licenses, hosting, or other external costs, which will be billed separately or reimbursed.
Clients retain ownership of all materials, content, and intellectual property provided to us for use in the project.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work product specifically created for their project. However, we retain the right to:

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business practices, and proprietary data. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zippyyy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to pricing and deadlines. We will provide estimates for requested changes before implementation.
Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in the individual project agreement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and partial refunds.
Post-launch support and maintenance services are provided according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance may be available through separate service agreements.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zippyyy Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
